Gemstones are hand selected for each piece and carefully set, checked, and polished before meeting you. As we work with raw gemstones do expect that your necklace will vary slightly in shape and colour from that in the photograph. Your raw gemstone necklaces will not vary in quality from that shown, so rest assured your bracelet will be unique and beautiful. As we handcraft each piece in our Kitchener studio, please expect that your item will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days. 

Canadian and US standard orders ship free via tracked first class mail. Estimated delivery 3-12 business days.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn merchandise. Merchandise can be returned up to 1 year from the delivery date in the case of manufacturer defect or error.
