Gemstones are hand selected for each piece and carefully set, checked, and polished before meeting you. As we work with raw gemstones do expect that your earrings will vary slightly in shape and colour from that in the photograph. Your raw gemstone earrings will not vary in quality from that shown, so rest assured your earrings will be unique and beautiful. We handcraft jewelry with gemstones and precious metals that were extracted with minimal environmental impact, and we up-cycle and recycle as much as we can. Gem: Up-cycled amethyst from specimens unfit for prong setting, crushed into shards; crushed quartz diverted from waste

Ethically Sourced: Level 1 - mined by Anna and Behati in Tanzania, purchased directly via Tanzanian Women’s Mining Association via Moyo Gems

Handmade: Stone setting completed by hand in Canada

Quantity: (1) single stud with butterfly back or (2) a pair of studs with butterfly backs

Metal: ethically handmade sterling silver, 14k yellow or rose gold fill earring and butterfly backs

We recommend remove prior to exposure to water. Failure to do so may impact the gemstone and/or the setting over time.

Polish with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.

As we handcraft each piece in our Kitchener studio, please expect that your item will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days.

We do not accept returns on pierced earrings for hygienic reasons. However, earrings can be returned up to 1 year from the delivery date in the case of manufacturer defect or error.
