At luxe.zen we handcraft raw gemstone jewellery for the modern spirit. Our rings start and end with fine quality, natural raw and polished gemstones and precious metals. Gemstones are hand selected for each piece and carefully set, checked, and polished before meeting you. As we work with gemstones do expect that your ring will vary slightly in shape and colour from that in the photograph. Your gemstone ring will not vary in quality from that shown, so rest assured your ring will be unique and beautiful. Polish with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.

As we handcraft each piece in our Kitchener studio, please expect that your item will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days. 

Canadian and US standard orders ship free via tracked first class mail. Estimated delivery 3-12 business days. 

International standard shipping calculated at checkout via tracked mail. Estimated delivery 5-21 business days.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn merchandise. Merchandise can be returned up to 1 year from the delivery date in the case of manufacturer defect or error.
